Browser Settings
If you're having trouble, you can check your browser settings.
On Internet Explorer 5 and up: Click Tools, then choose Internet Options, click Settings, and choose to "Check for newer versions of stored pages:

On Mozilla and Netscape browsers: Click Edit, then choose Preferences. Click the little + sign next to Advanced, click Cache. Under "Document in cache is compared to document on network:" Choose "Every time."
On Galeon: Click Settings, then choose Preferences. Click Advanced, then Persistent Data. Under Cache, choose "Compare page every time."
You'll need these settings anytime you visit sites where you want to see page updates that happen while you are at the site.
If you're behind a local proxy such as one controlled by your ISP or employer, the administrator of that proxy must also have it set to forward all page update requests.
If your login is accepted, but you still can't post live, then delete your cookies and log in once again.
