Jenny, Of course you will have more quantitative experience wth foreskins than I, because I can only claim experience of the one that I had until I was 40, so I concede that point. My experience was that a foreskin moves back as the penis is on the "in stroke" within the vagina and then moves back to cover the sulcus, corona and a varying portion of the glans as it engages in the "out stroke". It is always "there" preventing the complete intimate contact during intercourse that is possible when one is circumcised. Also, you may have vast experience of sex with uncircumcised men, but have you any experience with circumcised partners?. You also should think carefully please, before answering.
