Were you a client, or did you meet her at an anti-circ club meeting?. Assuming that you were a client, I think that the "lady" in question would be telling you what she thought you wanted to hear - you are uncut, therefore she priased uncuts. Almost certainly she would say the reverse to a cut client. Naturally, she would do this to please her client and thus encourage further business. Obviously a good businesswoman!
