Yes, I really think so. Would your parents have had you circumcised if the doctor had told them, "oh yeah, there´s a very slight risk of complications, and even death, but statistically speaking that´s only a fraction of a percent. It´s nothing to worry about, because it probably won´t happen."
Please explain your assumption. What risks are similar to death resulting from complications due to unnecessary surgery? And how are they inevitable?
I seriously doubt this boy´s parents were informed of any risks. Or if so, certainly not the possibility of what happened.
And it seems you´re making light of a child´s death. How disrespectful.
