Custodial wavier of past due support

Can anyone tell me the necessary forms or steps required for the custodial parent to waive all rights to past-due support. I heard that it is possible for the custodial parent to do so, but does so waiving all rights to these funds going forward. My ex-wife is willing to do this for me. Thank you - LLCcoder
