Iīll try to keep this short. Never married to my sonīs mother, she is a real winner!!! Took me for everything I had when she had custody, refused to let me see him, abused and neglected my son to the point he is mentally disabled. She is an addict and drug dealer. Lived with child in drug houses with many addicts. Child and youth in pa BIG FAT joke!! Years and thousands of $$$$ fighting for custody with no luck at all. Met a great woman, son started calling her mommy on court ordered visits. New "mommy" didnīt waist time with family court or C & Y. She called local narc unit and had bio mom arrested!!! Received primary custody while mom was incarcerated for 3 years. Never called wrote or ever tried to contact me or our son again. Made sure she was ordered to pay ME child support before she was found guilty of drug trafficing. Lots of arrears during 3 years of jail!!! Was enough time to have child evaluated and counseled. Had so much against her by the time she was paroled, she signed off on FULL SOLE CUSTODY!!! Still refuses to see child unless it is unsupervised which will never ever happen. She was forced to work full time in a halfway house 6 months prior to release. Most she ever worked in her life! Got paroled and quit her job after 30 days. Hasnīt paid a dime in support since then. Been to court 4 times for contempt but always pays Just enough to stay out of jail. They just keep slapping her on the wrist. If it was me I would have been in jail by now. She paid the last purge amount and all contempt charges were dropped, but she still hasnīt had a job for almost a full year now, hasnīt made a support paymnet for another month. What I donīt understand is how is she on parole(still has 2+ more years) with no job and not paying off her fines, etc. and not in voilation. SHe has had and quit approx. 5 jobs since her parole. It seems to upset her when they take 65% of her check and give it to me!!!! I canīt wait for the next comtempt hearing, she will be without a payment for 30 days agian and I can file contempt charges every time she lapses more than 30 days. I wish I didnīt have to file the charges myself each time and enforcement would take over, but I guess a guy needs a hobby!
