according to the federal rgs under title 45 usc 654-669 there supposed to calculate support accordingly against the non-custodial parent reguardless of there income, based upon a potential, however if you read more farther down especialy in the definitions in the CFR´s you will find most only aply to MEN,.Then you have the states who consistently pervert things to favor the women, however a general basis is that there has to be equal application of the law, or you have disrimination standing. So try to stick them w/ there laws if they dont want the charge of openly discriminating on sex, by stateing the fact she openly, and willfully underemployed, there can be no favortism in the law, to one sex, or you have discrimination.
