First off let me say I have read many of these posts and to the women "whining" about being owed here´s a little scenerio, crooked magistrate gives custody to someone convicted of multiple DUI´s assualt on an officer and domestic violence of a former wife, his current wife looses her son and is then ordered to pay $410 a month in child support with an income 20% below the national poverty level. He drinks it up and someone else cares for the child. And while they ENFORCE this CS order the mother is refused access to her child for the next 8 years, but the court won´t enforce the visitation. So BITE ME LADIES, You´d think differently if you were in our shoes! Now here´s our problem, My fiance´s ex-wife admits on tape that he keeps the kids and all she does is babysit and excepts money for it, but if he won´t raise her babysitting fee she´s going to continue to have child support enforcement attempt to get $1200 a month from him. She filed for medicaid telling them she in primary caretaker of these kids when she´s not. She also neglected to tell them that he has always covered ALL medical insurance and expenses and that she abandoned the kids and the home so she could commit adultry. In turn she also neglected to tell them she has been threatening to remove his name from the youngest child´s birth certificate because she´s not his biologocal daughter, but yet added her to the child support case.He is taking the tape to the sheriff´s department tonight to see if they will charge her with attempted extortion. What else can we do?????Thanks
