in a nutshell that pretty much sums it up. There are some of us, a very small few that are challening some of these issues in a federal court, different though from any case ever tried. Mine is about the fact that there is no true definition of a custodial non custodial parent, anywhere. There is none on the statuatory side or under the USC side nor is there any in the fake administrative world. There is a way to win it takes time and thats what were doing,(ime a custodial parent, equal in legal and physical custody, but since ime a man, and I work i am a obligor, even though there is no standing in law for such, and all the judge can say is What am I going to do about it.Email nickolas (at) mtaonline dot net if you ever want to learn.
