any income, regardless of the reasoning or the source you recieve it from,(that is monies you report on youre taxes) they will attach to,support is derived from sources of income, income is defined under the Tax regulations, title 5 USC. As far as monies she has received under a false guise of using it for other purposes than what it was designated for, good luck, her first claim will be it was used for the child and the relations(administrative judge, hearing officer will say thats all that matters, and if you say you knew she wasn´t using it for what it was designated for, then they will say you were giving her a gratuity, and will most likely figure since you managed to do it all this time then there is no reason for them to change it. You need to study and learn, especially if youre to face these vermin for what they really are.
