the key to cases like this and pretty much any case when it is made up of BS, is to invoke no HEARSAY Rule, and then pound the sh.. out of the other party when they make a comment or accusation with no facts or evidence to support it, courts are for fact, the judge is supposed to be a arbitrator of the law, ruleing on the law supported by facts, nothing else, but when people dont invoke no hearsay especially in civil cases, then it stands as a probable fact, until proven otherwise, and in most cases due to the judges pecuniary enterest in such cases, it is at his discretion on how to favor the facts, or BS.

Most legal knowledge entities know this, but for different reasons, many times being money, dont disclose it, and if they are the ones pursuing forward w/ a case then it is to there advantage to keep pounding you w/ BS knowing the probability is in there favor sooner or later, that you will either give or miss a fact(BS) that they imput, and will get a win.By the way, you can sue them when they enter a case that is BS, especially one that distorts youre reputation, or costing you time, money, or other means that you are entitled to or possess.
