a barrage of lawsuits

Until I found this website I was beginning to believe no one noticed.I have a 4 1/2 year old daughter and her mother works as a secretary in a law firm in Odessa Texas. We seperated about three years ago and since then my life has been turned upside down. She unleashed a barrage of lawsuits and criminal allegations ranging from, tried to kill her with a knife charges, threats against her life, pulled a gun on her charges, took her and her family hostage charges, tried to kill her by running her over, all of these with both of her sisters witnessing everything. The judge put a protective order against me and finally put one against her. As soon as the orders expired she began again. To make a terribly long story short I went from a $150,000 a year job, had pool table, house, Rolex, Cadillac, Durango, and being able to pay child support to being unemployed, average of 5 jobs a year, moved back to Houston into my parents home and have none of the above mentioned assets. Every allegation against me was proven false in a court of law but now I cannot afford my child support, my last car, and cannot find a job. I paid her $6000 + last year but its not enough! I am terrified of what a new round of false accusations could look like. She has no remorse nor any respect for anyone but herself. I am scheduled to go to jail next month for not being able to make the full payment of $850 a month. I have to drive from Houston to Odessa to see my daughter and the next trip she will have me arrested at her front door for being unable to pay. I just wanted to say to someone who may care that when I get out of jail I can still hold my head high because she can never take away the only thing that matters to me, I am still my daughters hero! I may not have a car, a house, nice things, or able to get a good job, but no court of law has found me guilty of anything except being unable to compete with a secretary in a law firm.
