I am married to a convicted Sex offender. We have a 13 month old child, and she was taken away from my mother. Since the time we´ve found out about baby, we have been through groups, counceling, drs, treatment and other such organizations to help take care of our child properly without having our child taken. Now, my mother took the child and filed custody papers, we´ve completted all required info ordered by the judge, but they give my mother temp custody until CPS can evaluate our house. Does that me we get our baby back? What should we do to gain custody of our baby? Should I leave my husband?
