What to do about harassment

I writing in regards to my ex-girlfriend. She has custody of my son, but I have visitations 3 days per week. I can never have a conversation without her belittling me or saying something rude on the phone or even around my son. I cannot deal with this anymore. Is there a way to take this to court. The problem is, that it is her word against mine. What do you do in this type of situation.
