me and my ex have shared parenting plan for about 4 yrs now we dont go by the plan when it come to the kids staying with each for 2 weeks at a time the kids go when ever they want. they dont like it at dads. now dad has moved and since he has school purpose only residential parent they have to switch schools. he signed over the 2 oldest children so i can put them in my school but he wont let me take the 2 little ones he is letting a 5 yr old decide where he wants to go to school. i dont think this is right because the children does not like to be away from me, his dad and others bribe them with toys games say they will take them places etc.. if i take him back to court he will try his best to make me change my mind he will quit his job so i dont get CS, he will tell the kids to say things that r not true. he works from 8am to 8pm he is not home they r left with his girlfriend all the time when there they dont like it. i just need some help, im upset right now because he wont tell me where he lives or answer his phone so i can talk to my other 2 kids, he wont even tell me the school they are going to... someone please help...
