i am the father of an 18 month old son and i am looking for full custody. i am curious if the reasons i have are substancial. the reasons include my wife is a women with hungtingtons , she is not working with my son at all to talk or learn anything new, she allows him to just do whatever without her having to watch, she is not feeding adequately (he eats vienna sausages and crackers things like that), she has been with three men since our separation not even divorced yet. she also has no job, has cheated to get legal assistance for bills by only claiming herself and my son without me even though married and she is living month to month at her home because of no job i was curious if this is grounds to try to gain full custody.
