Perfect recipe for felony kidnapping charges and having your visitation rights stripped away. You need to stop and think before you say things like this. Life isnŽt fair. Read some books on child custody and visitation. Educate yourself and then (and only then) hire the best lawyer you can afford. Moaning from the sidelines only makes you look like the irresponsible parent the ex claims you are. If your children really are that important to you youŽll find a way make sure they are in your life.

Please note; there has been a hiatus of over one year in which this forum has not been processed. There is a huge backlog to be cleared, which will take some time.

As such this post (and the poster) is actually a year and more older than the date under which it appears, and the poster has quite likely by now vowed never to return!
