I am trying to help my brother. His wife wants a divorce and is seeking full custody because she has been unhappy. Neither has fooled around, doing drugs or anything. Brother has worked full time while mother stayed home. They are now seeking bankruptcy and she wants out. Help! What can or should he do?

Please note; there has been a hiatus of over one year in which this forum has not been processed. There is a huge backlog to be cleared, which will take some time.

As such this post (and the poster) is actually a year and more older than the date under which it appears, and the poster has quite likely by now vowed never to return!

But - perhaps they might!
